- A 50% deposit is required as down payment for 'pre-ordered' item(s) before/or by the close out dates i.e.every 15th and 30th of every month. Payments made after the specified close-out date will be on hold until the next close out date.The balance must be settled after the item(s) arrived. Orders with unsettled payment (when item(s) arrived) will only be hold for a maximum of (1) month. After the period, unclaimed item(s) will be re-sold on the website with pricing accordingly.
- A text message/email will be sent to you confirming your order along with the payment details of the item(s) purchased/
- Do not delete any liaising emails/text messages with us just until you receive your item(s) for security purpose on your side and as a proof of trade with us.
- At the moment we only accept cash-in deposit into our account. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) is applicable under negotiation.
- In case an ordered item(s) is out of stock or not available by the time it is being processed, clients can replace the item(s) with other available item(s) or cancel the respective order.
